Duties and Responsibilities
- Market the Kirby Avalir Platinum Home Cleaning System to potential and existing customers.
- Conduct in-home demonstrations to showcase the product's unique features and benefits.
- Engage with customers to understand their cleaning needs and recommend appropriate Kirby products and solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Kirby product line and its advantages in various cleaning contexts.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Manage orders, customer queries, and after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide feedback from customers to the management to help refine marketing and sales strategies.
- Navigate the sales process from initial contact to close, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Dependable personal transportation is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to persuade and influence others in a sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- High level of energy and a positive attitude towards work challenges.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous, but not mandatory, as training is provided.
