We are currently seeking a highly motivated and diligent individual eager to jumpstart their career by joining us as a Sales Apprentice. This is a Full-Time position based in our bustling Florida office, providing a perfect opportunity for hands-on learning and growth within a professional setting. Please note, this is not a remote job and requires the candidate’s presence on-site.

As a Sales Apprentice at J.B. Solutions of Florida, Inc, you will be introduced to the world of sales from the ground up. This role is designed not only to support our sales team but also to foster your professional development by immersing you in all aspects of the sales process, customer engagement, and innovative sales strategies. Through this position, you will gain invaluable industry insights and professional skills that will serve as the bedrock for your future success in sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist senior sales personnel in preparing and organizing presentations and sales materials.
  • Participate in client meetings and learn to handle customer interactions professionally.
  • Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of activities.
  • Help manage and update client database to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
  • Observe and report on key customer and market insights to aid in developing sales strategies.
  • Engage with clients and assist in handling their queries to understand their needs effectively.
  • Partake in educational workshops, seminars and shadowing opportunities to enhance sales abilities.
  • Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and events that promote company products and services.
  • Learn to set realistic customer expectations before and after the sales process.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, embracing the company’s culture of synergy.

Requirements

  • A strong desire to learn from top sales professionals in the industry.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective customer interactions.
  • Capability to walk extensively as required to meet clients and navigate the work environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales software tools.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Eagerness to take on responsibilities and challenges with a proactive attitude.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Valid driving license, as occasional travel may be necessary.
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
