Sales Apprentice
J.B. Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a D2D Sales Apprentice. This position is designed for individuals eager to build a career in sales and marketing through a hands-on learning approach. The D2D Sales Apprentice role is a Full-Time, onsite position based in our Florida office. This is not a remote job, as the nature of our work involves direct interaction with potential clients in various local settings. By joining our team, you will embark on a path to becoming a seasoned sales professional under the guidance of experienced leaders within the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist an experienced sales trainer and learn the strategies necessary to become a successful salesperson.
- Perform "ride along" with your trainer to understand the nuances of direct sales in a real-world context.
- Help in executing the various stages of the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Engage with potential customers at their residences to promote and sell our products and services.
- Collect and report feedback and insights from customers to enhance sales techniques and approaches.
- Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to discuss targets, achievements, and strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective client meetings.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales such as managing contracts and agreements.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Continuously improve through feedback, coaching, and developmental sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be available to work Monday through Saturday.
- Must have a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Desire to progress within the company and aspire to become a business owner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Physical ability to walk extensively to meet potential clients.
