Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned CRM
Developer with deep expertise in CRM systems, Azure services, and modern
AI-driven CRM capabilities to join our team in gaming, supporting our client Microsoft! This role is ideal for someone
passionate about developing scalable CRM solutions and enabling intelligent
features within platforms like Dynamics or Salesforce. The ideal candidate has
a strong foundation in custom development, experience integrating AI into
customer engagement workflows, and the ability to lead end-to-end solution
delivery in fast-paced environments.
The individual in this role must be a resident of Costa Rica and willing to work Pacific Time hours
to align with our client and team.
Responsibilities:
- Design,
develop, and customize CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and related
Microsoft technologies.
- Implement
and manage Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and APIs to
support CRM capabilities.
- Extend
CRM functionality through custom entities, plugins, workflows, JavaScript
validation, and business rules.
- Enable
AI-powered features within CRM, such as predictive customer insights,
content generation, and recommendation systems using Azure AI, Copilot, or
OpenAI APIs.
- Collaborate
with stakeholders to design and deliver intelligent CRM features that
support sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Build,
deploy, and maintain Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power BI,
Power Automate).
- Manage
CRM administration tasks including user roles, access controls, and
platform upgrades.
- Support
data migration and automation tasks across CRM and integrated systems.
- Ensure
quality and reliability through testing, debugging, and continuous
integration pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Secondary
education degree (Bachiller Universitario or Licenciado degree)
- 8+
years of experience working with CRM platforms (D365, Salesforce, etc.)
- Hands-on
experience with Azure implementations, including Azure Functions, APIs,
and App Services.
- Proficient
in C# and .NET development for CRM customization.
- Experience
with AI integration in CRM: predictive segmentation, automated reporting,
Copilot integration, etc.
- Deep
understanding of Power Platform components, including Power Apps and Power
Automate.
- Proficiency
in data migration, REST/GraphQL APIs, and CRM extensibility.
- Familiarity
with prompt engineering for CRM-specific use cases.
- Strong
problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability
to work independently and lead technical investigations in complex
environments.
