Hanson Consulting Group is seeking an Onboarding Project Coordinator to support and onboard partners into the ID@Xbox program!

In this role, you will engage with tight cross-functional integration and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment to gather partner information, send contracts, create accounts and grant tools access to successfully help partners/studios meet their needs across the program. You will also continually develop processes and documentation for improvements within the program and team, and support miscellaneous projects as needed.

Responsibilities: 

• Create a positive and supportive image for the ID@Xbox Program 
• Daily setup of Developer/Partner Studio accounts using Microsoft Dynamics CRM tool 
• Support and access management for partners needing access to various development tools used 
• Dev kit processing and orders. 
• Contract submission (NDAs etc.) 
• New Vendor submission and setup 
• Order entry and project tracking 
• Become the support SME for developers regarding access, contracts, and onboarding process 
• Miscellaneous project coordination and support as needed 

Desired Skills & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-3+ years of experience in an administrative, or professional role 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills a must 
• Knowledge and application of CRM preferred 
• Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables 
• Ability to work effectively with all teams 
• Highly motivated and self-directed 
• Results driven problem-solver 
• Flexible and adaptable to changes 
• Has a passion for games and Indie Devs
