Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Paint Sprayer Technician to ensure all paint sprayer machines and related equipment are properly maintained, organized, and fully operational. This role is critical to keeping production running smoothly, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high-quality standards in all finishing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of paint sprayers, pumps, compressors, and other finishing equipment
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair paint sprayer machines and components to prevent and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Organize and manage all paint and equipment storage areas, ensuring tools, parts, and supplies are properly labeled, inventoried, and accessible
- Keep detailed maintenance logs, repair records, and equipment performance reports
- Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues quickly, minimizing workflow interruptions
- Follow and enforce safety protocols and ensure all machinery is operated according to manufacturer and company standards
- Assist with equipment setup and testing for new jobs or paint formulations
- Recommend improvements to maintenance schedules, equipment organization, and workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with paint sprayer systems, industrial painting equipment, or mechanical maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organizational and recordkeeping abilities
- Knowledge of safety procedures, cleaning solvents, and preventive maintenance techniques
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance tasks
