About the Role:
As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in a retail setting. Your role is to create a positive, welcoming experience while representing both our company and our clients with professionalism and care. You’ll engage directly with customers, help them understand products and services, and ensure they leave satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a retail environment
Present and promote client products/services confidently and clearly
Resolve customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
Report new customer acquisitions and daily results to the Director of Operations
Stay informed on evolving product knowledge and promotions
Represent both our company and our clients with integrity and professionalism
