We’re aiming to boost our digital presence and need a talented individual who can bring our brand to life online. Can you turn scrolls into bookings and content into conversions? We’re hiring a Social Media & Content Specialist to enhance our digital footprint. This role is ideal for a creative marketer who knows how to build engagement - and turn it into real business growth.

What You’ll Own

• Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms 
• Create engaging, on-brand content such as photos, videos, reels, and stories
• Highlight services, providers, client experiences, and promotions 
• Manage content calendar and posting schedule
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to boost engagement and conversions 
• Stay updated on trends and bring fresh, creative ideas

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business 
• Strong content creation skills (visual, video, and copywriting) 
• Demonstrated ability to increase engagement and generate measurable results 
• Creative thinker with a strong focus on brand and audience
• Experience with beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands

This is a part-time position with flexible days and hours. While this role allows remote work, you must live within a reasonable driving distance of Fort Mill to visit the Spa as needed.
