We’re hiring a Grassroots Marketing Specialist for our Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives outside the office—building relationships, creating partnerships, and driving real, measurable foot traffic.

What You’ll Own

This role is focused on local visibility, partnerships, and revenue-driving outreach.

• Build and manage relationships with local businesses (gyms, salons, bridal vendors, corporate offices, etc.)
• Plan and execute community events, pop-ups, and on-site activations
• Develop referral pipelines and cross-promotional opportunities
• Identify high-impact local marketing opportunities aligned to target customers
• Represent the brand in the community with professionalism and energy
• Track and report on results (traffic, leads, memberships, conversions)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in grassroots, field, or local marketing
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Demonstrated ability to generate measurable results (leads, traffic, conversions)
• Highly organized and self-directed with a strong execution mindset
• Experience in the wellness, beauty, or fitness industry is preferred

This is a part-time position with flexible days and hours. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and capable of working independently without the constraints of fixed hours.
