We’re looking for an organized, confident, and motivated Patient Experience Coordinator to help create an exceptional patient experience. In this role, you’ll help manage a full hygiene schedule while making sure patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for. You’ll develop strong communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence in handling responsibilities that truly matter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls with confidence and clarity
• Scheduling and coordinating hygiene appointments
• Verifying insurance and preparing appointments accurately
• Managing recall and follow-up notes to ensure patients stay on track with their care
• Monitoring the schedule to keep the day organized, productive, and smooth
