As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our clinical team and patients. Your role will be to guide patients through their treatment plans with clarity, empathy, and confidence—ensuring they feel informed, valued, and excited about their care.

???? Responsibilities:

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and effectively

• Educate patients on procedures, costs, and payment options

• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up appointments

• Support case acceptance and track treatment progress

• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients

???? What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in dental, orthodontic, or medical office preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused

• Knowledge of dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental) is a plus
