DENTAL ASSISTANT MANAGER

We are searching for an exceptional, highly motivated, Spanish-speaking Dental Assistant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented dental environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred, but not essential

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proven experience in dental assisting and dental office operations

• Insurance billing expertise

• Insurance claim tracing and follow-up experience

• Ability to increase office efficiency and productivity

• Strong communication and patient relationship skills

• Growth-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

• Coachable and adaptable

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

• Experience with treatment coordination is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the dental assisting team

• Manage daily back-office flow and efficiency

• Coordinate patient care and scheduling support

• Handle dental insurance billing, claim submission, and tracing

• Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and accounts receivable

• Assist doctor and management with production goals

• Maintain exceptional patient experience standards

• Help implement systems that improve growth and profitability

• Train and motivate team members
