Key Responsibilities:
- Visit existing and potential customers on a daily basis as part of the sales routine, with transportation provided through a company vehicle. We already have an established client portfolio to support and grow.
- Offer great customer service
- Grow the business by maximizing the sales potential in every customer contact
- Cultivate and develop new accounts designated by the company
- Meet or exceed all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Seek to better understand every customer’s business needs, requirements, and expectations in order to provide the best possible solution
- Keep current customers and find new customers
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction by effectively managing the order process from initial point of contact to delivery
- Follow up with customers after each visit to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales activity reports to management
- Track and document customer interactions, feedback, and opportunities using the company's CRM system
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and support for customer orders
- Continuously evaluate personal performance and sales strategies to improve results and achieve goals
