Premium Systems is excited to announce the opening of an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Lead Generation Specialist. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in sales and marketing. By joining our dynamic team, you will be a critical player in expanding our market reach and fostering new client relationships. Due to the collaborative nature of our projects and the emphasis on in-team interactions and training, this position is not suitable for remote work and will be based at our headquarters.

We are looking for someone with a proactive spirit, eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment, and ready to drive our lead generation efforts to support our sales team. As an Entry Level Lead Generation Specialist, you will receive the necessary training and tools to potentially grow into more senior sales roles within the company. This role is pivotal in building the sales pipeline and impacting the growth and success of Premium Systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through proactive outreach.
  • Set a quantity of quality appointments for management and sales representatives to run on a daily basis.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and possible markets for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align the strategies that enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Participate in sales and marketing meetings to discuss lead quality and potential customer needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in a lead generation, sales, or marketing role is advantageous but not essential –entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage and influence potential customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics in a sales or lead generation position.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
  • Highly self-motivated with a persistent work ethic and a deep desire to excel.
  • Aptitude for understanding product solutions and articulating their value to potential clients.
  • Willingness to continually improve skills through training and career development opportunities.
