This position is centrally located in our corporate office and is not a remote job. As we aim to provide immediate and impactful customer service, our sales representatives will engage directly with our customers, assisting them from initial contact to the final sales transaction. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right products or services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about products or services, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Write and process orders efficiently, ensuring that customer specifications are met.
  • Follow up with customers on their orders and ensure that any issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products, trends, and services offered by DDC Services to effectively make sales and answer questions.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve sales and customer service skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to reach sales targets and contribute to team success.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer interactions and opportunities to improve product offerings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area that complies with all company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and in a manner that maintains or enhances customer relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to the company’s policies and guidelines while engaging with customers.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Must own a vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
  • Entry-level position; no prior experience necessary as training will be provided to the right candidate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural flair for engaging with customers.
  • Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule that includes days and evenings.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and effectively handle different sales scenarios.
  • Demonstrate a professional and polite appearance at all times.
