Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries face-to-face interactions.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Data entry in various platforms.
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Create and maintain first-class customer service practices.
- Communicate customer feedback to the management team to enhance the overall customer experience
- Learn how to write and manage product orders efficiently.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must own a vehicle, as the job may require some local travel.
- Flexibility with work hours; ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
- Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Commitment to ongoing education and learning more about products to improve job performance.
- Ability to handle physical requirements of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds.
