GREEN BAY - WEEKLY PAY - NO EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our fast-paced, client-focused team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service. As the first point of contact for our customers (in-person), you will handle any questions, resolve any concerns, and ensure a positive overall experience. This position requires excellent in-person etiquette and the ability to assess and address customer needs with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier customer service in person.

• Communicate clearly and professionally to address questions, concerns, and service needs.

• Assist with basic cash handling responsibilities per company policies.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure client satisfaction and support.

Experience & Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable and professional, engaging with clients in person.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
