GREEN BAY - WEEKLY PAY - NO EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our fast-paced, client-focused team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service. As the first point of contact for our customers (in-person), you will handle any questions, resolve any concerns, and ensure a positive overall experience. This position requires excellent in-person etiquette and the ability to assess and address customer needs with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
Deliver top-tier customer service in person.
Communicate clearly and professionally to address questions, concerns, and service needs.
Assist with basic cash handling responsibilities per company policies.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure client satisfaction and support.
Experience & Qualifications
Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable and professional, engaging with clients in person.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
