Customer Service Representative - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Set and display small modular equipment at work sites.
  • Assist customers with their product needs and services.
  • Recommend product upgrades and improvements based on customer interactions and feedback.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a pleasant environment for both workers and customers.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new product information, sales strategies, and customer service best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER
  • HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
  • STAND FOR LONG PERIODS
  • HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, BUT NOT NECESSARY
  • ABLE TO MULTI-TASK
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and environments.
