As a trusted Green Bay company with over 20 years of experience we are expanding our office in the Sheboygan area, we are dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers with every cleaning service we provide. We aim to help customers maintain a clean home and protect their valuable investments.

Basic Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for carpet cleaning services with customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
• Coordinate with carpet cleaning technicians to ensure timely service.
• Assist in resolving any scheduling conflicts or changes.
• Support the overall customer experience by providing friendly and efficient service.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfortable overcoming customer's objections.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
