Key Account Manager – Spirits & Hemp Division

Salary Range:  $45000 - $60000 year

Compensation: $60,000 Base + 20% Commission (Industry-Leading)

Total Target Earnings: $120k–$150k+ (Uncapped)

We are looking for a disruptive sales powerhouse to dominate the NJ market. You will be responsible for the rapid activation of new liquor accounts and the obsessive maintenance of our existing footprint. You are selling the future of social drinking: our premium hemp-derived THC beverages, non-alcoholic alternatives, and our full catalog.


The High-Performance Requirements

  • Seasoned Closer: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in wine, spirits, or beer distribution. If you don't have a "black book" of existing relationships with store owners and bar managers, this isn't for you.
  • Hustle & Maintenance: You don't just open the account; you own the shelf. You ensure our stock is front-and-center, our displays are clean, and our rapid-release technology is understood by the staff.
  • Technical Fluency: You must be able to articulate the science behind our drinks and the regulatory compliance of such products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Account Activation: Identify and onboard "A-List" liquor stores, bars, and hospitality venues.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels at the account level to ensure zero out-of-stock scenarios.
  • Brand Advocacy: Conduct staff trainings and tastings to ensure the gatekeepers know why our products outperform the competition.
  • Growth: Upsell the full House Collection catalog to maximize every delivery stop.
