Armed Security / Bouncer – Legally Highest Bar (Chattanooga, TN) Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Legally Highest — Chattanooga’s premier nightlife destination and Hemp seltzer Bar — is hiring a professional armed bouncer to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment at our bar.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor entrances, exits, and patron behavior to ensure a secure atmosphere

• De-escalate conflicts and enforce venue rules with authority and professionalism

• Perform ID checks and deny entry to underage or unruly individuals

• Secure the premises during high-volume hours and closing time

• Coordinate with local authorities in case of emergencies

Requirements:

• Licensed to carry a firearm in Tennessee

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred

• Strong situational awareness and conflict resolution skills

• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods

• Professional appearance, punctual, and calm under pressure

• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 4 PM to 2 AM

Bonus Points For:

• CPR/First Aid certification

• Experience working in bars, nightclubs, or live event venues

• Familiarity with ID scanning apps or security protocols in nightlife settings
