Bartender & Brand Ambassador – Legally Highest Bar (Chattanooga, TN) 

Hourly: $15/hr + pooled in-person tips + social media tips 

Shifts: 4:00 PM–9:00 PM & 9:00 PM–2:00 AM (flexible scheduling)

Do you know how to make a killer cocktail and light up a camera? Legally Highest – the first original high-dose hemp Seltzer brand – is hiring dynamic, experienced bartenders to join our new bar team in Chattanooga!

What You’ll Do:

• Mix classic and creative alcoholic cocktails with precision and flair

• Serve and promote our in-house hemp Seltzers 

• Host engaging TikTok Lives and film short-form social media content to promote the brand

• Act as a fun, confident brand ambassador both behind the bar and online

• Wear provided uniforms that match our bold, beachy, and provocative brand vibe

• Work shifts during peak nightlife hours with music, energy, and promotional events

• Participate in a nightly tip pool + earn viewer tips during livestreams

Who You Are:

• Experienced bartender (must be skilled in mixing alcoholic beverages)

• Comfortable being on camera and performing for a live audience

• Outgoing, reliable, and confident in attention-grabbing, brand-approved uniforms

• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and online streaming culture

• Passionate about nightlife, cannabis culture, and being the center of the party

• 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

• $15/hour base pay

• Pooled tips from bar sales (split nightly)

• Additional tips from social media livestreams

• Two shift options: 4:00 PM–9:00 PM or 9:00 PM–2:00 AM (flexible schedule) T, Thurs, Fri, Sat
