Legally Highest is the original and first high-dose hemp Seltzer brand, brewed right here in Tennessee. We're looking for ambitious, experienced Distribution Sales Representatives to expand our retail presence by getting our Hemp seltzers and hemp products into liquor stores, smoke shops, convenience stores, bars, and restaurants across the state. This role is hands-on and high-impact: you'll be required to meet in person with store owners and managers, conduct in-person cold calls, and follow up using your cell phone and company-provided lead lists. 

If you can follow the system and deliver results, we guarantee you’ll earn a minimum of $90,000/year.

Responsibilities: Travel locally in your own vehicle to meet with retailers. Conduct in-person cold calls to generate new accounts. Follow up with leads and close deals via phone using our lead lists. Submit orders through our simple system (training provided). Build long-term relationships with store owners and managers. Represent the Legally Highest brand professionally and enthusiastically.

Compensation: $90,000+ Guaranteed with Performance $17/hour base pay (~$2,578/month) 20% commission on every sale. A standard 12-case order (avg. value $1,512) earns $300+ in commission. Guaranteed $7,500/month (=$90K/year) when you hit: 17 qualifying orders/month, or 204+ cases sold/monthLarger orders = higher commission — no cap on your earnings.

*Ideal Candidate: Prior experience in distribution, beverage, hemp, or CPG sales. Comfortable with in-person cold calling and phone out reach. Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver’s license. Excellent communication, follow-up, and self-management skills. Familiar with local markets — especially liquor stores, smoke shops, bars, or convenience stores.
