Job Opening: Client Services Representative
Drake Precision Dental Laboratory Inc., a leader in dental prosthetics manufacturing, is excited to announce the availability of a Full-Time position for a Client Services Representative. This role offers the unique opportunity to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional client services to healthcare professionals fighting on the frontiers of dental health. This is an on-site position and is not eligible for remote work options.
The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between our dental lab and the dentists we support, ensuring high satisfaction and excellent service delivery. You will play a crucial role in managing communications and relationships with a clear understanding of our products and services, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing all inquiries and issues relating to products, services, and case statuses.
- Guide clients through our product offerings and help them understand different pricing models and turnaround times for products like crowns, dentures, and other dental prosthetics.
- Ensure accurate and timely responses to all client communications, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Input and edit existing client orders into our database, ensuring all information is accurate for the production team.
- Follow up on ongoing cases and provide updates to clients concerning the manufacturing status and expected delivery timelines.
- Handle client concerns and objections with a professional attitude, aiming to resolve any issues promptly and maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including production and shipping, to ensure that client needs are met efficiently.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of dental products and enhancements, focusing on how they can meet the specific needs of our clients.
- Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Contribute to the team’s effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent essential; further education or certifications in dental technology or related fields preferred.
- Proven experience in client service or similar roles, ideally within the healthcare or dental industry.
- Knowledge of dental anatomy and dental laboratory technology preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Great customer service skills, with a natural inclination towards helping and guiding others.
- Proficiency in the use of office software and client management systems.
- Ability to work as part of a team and also perform independently with minimal supervision when required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
