Project Marketing Manager

Salary Range:  $70000 - $90000 year

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Marketing Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects within our dental laboratory. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing timelines, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget. A strong understanding of the dental lab industry and B2B marketing is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage marketing projects from concept to completion, including campaigns, product launches, events, digital initiatives, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, production) and external vendors to define project goals, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate marketing assets such as case studies, brochures, newsletters, and videos targeting dentists, specialists, and DSOs.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with the lab’s brand, market positioning, and strategic goals.
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs, report progress to stakeholders, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Organize and manage the lab’s participation in dental trade shows, CE events, and local networking opportunities.
  • Maintain project documentation, budgets, and timelines using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and proper handling of sensitive customer information (HIPAA awareness).
  • Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and continuously optimize marketing workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, preferably within the dental, healthcare, or medical device sectors.
  • Proven experience coordinating multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of dental lab services, CAD/CAM workflows, and dental terminology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, PM software).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with dental CRM systems and lab software.
  • Experience in vendor coordination and creative direction.
  • Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and digital advertising principles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and ROI.
