Senior Master Data Administrator

Job Summary:

The Senior Master Data Administrator is responsible for overseeing and maintaining all customer-related master data and pricing structures within Catalis Dental Lab Partners’ systems and its brands. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of customer accounts, pricing lists, and data governance processes. Acting as a key liaison between sales, finance, and operations, this position plays a critical role in optimizing data workflows, improving system efficiencies, and driving pricing accuracy to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Master Data Management & Governance:

  • Own and manage the integrity of customer master data within LMS (OS), ERP, CRM, and other business systems across all manufacturing sites.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Perform regular audits and data cleansing activities to maintain high-quality customer records.
  • Develop and implement best practices for customer data management and standardization.

Pricing & Contract Administration:

  • Oversee customer-specific pricing lists, contracts, and discount structures, ensuring accurate system updates.
  • Partner with sales and finance teams to manage price adjustments, promotions, and contract renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and guidelines.
  • Analyze pricing data to identify discrepancies and opportunities for optimization.

New Customer Account Onboarding & Maintenance:

  • Lead the setup and verification of new customer accounts, ensuring accurate input of master data and pricing details.
  • Maintain customer hierarchies and relationships within the system.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for customer account processes, providing guidance to internal stakeholders.

Process Improvement & System Optimization:

  • Collaborate with IT, sales and marketing, finance, and operations teams to enhance system capabilities and streamline data workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in customer data and pricing administration.
  • Lead or contribute to projects focused on data governance and pricing optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in master data management, pricing administration, or a related role.
  • Extensive experience with LMS, ERP, and CRM systems (Magic Touch, NetSuite, and Hubspot preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of pricing structures, contracts, and data governance best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, BI, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the dental laboratory, healthcare, or manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of process automation tools for data management.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools for pricing and data analysis.
