Segal McCambridge, a respected national litigation firm, is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our General Liability Practice Group. This is a fully remote position, open to attorneys located anywhere in the U.S., provided you hold an active California law license. A dual license in any additional state is highly preferred.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain meaningful litigation experience on high-stakes cases while working alongside nationally recognized trial attorneys.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you’ll work on a wide variety of complex civil defense matters, including:
From day one, you’ll receive hands-on experience: drafting pleadings, arguing motions, conducting depositions, managing discovery, and appearing in court. You’ll be mentored by experienced partners and given room to grow in a supportive, high-performance environment.
This is a fully remote role, with potential for travel to attend depositions, hearings, trials, or team events as needed.
