As a Recruiting Coordinator focused on candidate screening, your primary responsibility will be to manage the front end of our sales hiring funnel. We receive a high volume of applicants through Indeed and need someone who can quickly screen candidates, organize and manage video interviews, and keep the screening process moving smoothly so our recruiting team can focus on interviewing and hiring the best candidates.

Demonstrate exceptional personal productivity by reviewing and screening applicants quickly and consistently
Identify top candidates using defined criteria and move them forward efficiently
Send, manage, and organize video interviews (invites, tracking, follow-up, and organization)
Maintain an organized pipeline and ensure candidates don’t fall through the cracks
Communicate professionally with candidates via text/email/phone and provide a strong candidate experience
Coordinate next steps for qualified candidates
Deliver outstanding follow-up and responsiveness, especially during active hiring pushes
Be available and willing to work after hours as needed based on candidate response windows and hiring needs
Look for ways to improve the screening process so it becomes faster, cleaner, and more consistent over time
Must be located in St. George, UT and able to work in-person
Must be available after hours as needed (evenings/weekends depending on candidate response times and hiring needs)
1+ year experience in administrative coordination, recruiting support, HR support, customer service, scheduling, sales support, operations, or a similar fast-paced role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (ability to manage multiple candidates at once without missing steps)
Strong written and verbal communication skills (text/email/phone) with a professional presence
Ability to make quick, consistent screening decisions using defined criteria
Comfortable using tools like spreadsheets, email, calendars, Zoom, and learning new systems (Indeed inbox, ATS, Wedge, etc.)
Reliable follow-up habits and responsiveness
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
