Role Overview:
As an Outside Window Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility is to attend pre-scheduled, pre-qualified in-home appointments with homeowners and guide them through the process of upgrading their existing, builder-grade windows to our high-performance, energy-efficient replacements. These consultations are designed to help homeowners improve the safety, privacy, comfort, energy savings, and overall value of their properties. Your strong belief in the benefits our windows deliver will enable you to form authentic relationships, build trust, and turn initial prospects into satisfied customers. With your ability to connect, communicate effectively, stay diligent, and master product knowledge, you’ll maintain a strong pipeline of appointments that consistently translate into successful sales and installations.

We're looking for candidates who will:
- Close/enroll homeowners on replacement windows on pre-set sales consultation appointments.
- Be resilient in the face of daily rejection, and remain positive and productive.
- Educate homeowners on the advantages of replacement window solutions.
- Participate actively in daily sales team training sessions and meetings.
- Provide an unmatched customer experience through thorough follow-up.
- Regularly meet and surpass monthly and quarterly performance targets.
Position Requirements:
- Previous door to door experience not required, but preferred.
- If you do not have previous in-home closing experience in home services (roofing, windows, solar, alarms, pest control), you will be referred to our Entry-level Outside Appointment Setter Position Candidate pool. That role promotes into this role.
- Availability for flexible full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week) in the morning and evenings according to homeowner availability.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual proficiency is an asset!
- Completion of relevant Sales and Technician Training programs.
- Consistent performance in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation is essential.
Details regarding compensation will be discussed during the interview process, taking into account your qualifications, background, and alignment with the role's expectations. Compensation includes commissions, bonuses, revenue shares, and managerial bonuses.
