Role Overview:
As an Outside Window Sales Appointment Setter, your primary role will be to canvas residential neighborhoods in a traditional door to door fashion, engaging homeowners directly to book in-home consultations for replacement windows. These meetings are designed to connect with decision-makers who want to enhance their home’s safety, privacy, energy efficiency, comfort, and overall value. Your confidence in the benefits our windows provide will allow you to create genuine connections and turn initial conversations into eager customers at every door you approach. By leveraging your skills in relationship-building, clear communication, persistence, and product expertise, you’ll consistently generate a strong flow of high-quality appointments that translate into successful sales and installations.

We're looking for candidates who will:
- Knock doors regularly and set qualified sales appointments with homeowner clients.
- Be resilient in the face of possible daily rejection, and remain positive and productive throughout.
- Educate homeowners on the advantages of replacement window solutions.
- Participate actively in daily sales team training sessions and meetings.
- Provide an unmatched customer experience through thorough follow-up.
- Regularly meet and surpass monthly and quarterly performance targets.
Position Requirements:
- Previous door to door experience not required, but might be a plus!
- Entry-level candidates, including college students and recent high school grads, encouraged to apply!
- Availability for flexible full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week) in the morning and evenings according to homeowner availability.
- Ability to be on your feet and walk for up to 3 miles or 8 hours per day comfortably.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual proficiency is an asset!
- Completion of relevant Sales and Technician Training programs.
- Consistent performance in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation is essential.
Details regarding compensation will be discussed during the interview process, taking into account your qualifications, background, and alignment with the role's expectations. Compensation includes commissions, bonuses, revenue share, and managerial bonuses.
