Role Overview:

As an Outside Window Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be engaging with homeowners through direct outreach door to door in residential neighborhoods, scheduling in-home sales consultations. These appointments are designed for decision-makers looking to enhance their home's security, privacy, energy efficiency, comfort, and overall value. Your confidence in the exceptional benefits we provide will enable you to establish connections and turn brief introductions into lasting relationships at these homeowner's doorsteps. By leveraging your communication skills, rapport-building abilities, diligence, and product knowledge, you’ll maintain a strong pipeline of appointments that lead to successful sales and installations.

We're looking for candidates who will:

  • Conduct daily door-to-door outreach to schedule qualified sales consultations.
  • Maintain a positive and productive mindset while handling daily objections.
  • Inform homeowners about the benefits of upgrading to replacement windows.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and ongoing sales training sessions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with consistent and thorough follow-ups.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed set monthly and quarterly performance goals.


Position Requirements:

  • Prior experience in door-to-door sales is preferred but not required.
  • Open to entry-level applicants, including recent high school graduates and college students.
  • Flexible availability for full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week), including mornings and evenings and weekends based on homeowner schedules.
  • Comfortable standing and walking for up to 3 miles or 8 hours per day.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Successful completion of relevant Sales and Technician Training programs.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
