Role Overview:
As an Outside Window Appointment Setter, your primary role involves canvassing residential neighborhoods door to door and scheduling appointments for in-home sales consultation appointments with residential homeowners. These appointments are geared towards homeowner decision-makers looking to increase the safety, privacy, energy efficiency, comfort, and value of their biggest asset: their homes. Your conviction in the massive value we offer will propel you to build rapport and transform cold strangers into buying friends at every doorstep. Your expertise in building rapport, clear communication, diligence, and product knowledge will help you maintain a robust pipeline of appointments that convert into successful sales and installations.

We're looking for candidates who will:
- Knock doors daily to generate qualified sales consultation appointments.
- Be resilient in the face of daily rejection, and remain positive and productive.
- Educate homeowners on the advantages of replacement window solutions.
- Participate actively in daily sales team training sessions and meetings.
- Provide an unmatched customer experience through thorough follow-up.
- Regularly meet and surpass monthly and quarterly performance targets.
Position Requirements:
- Previous door to door experience not required, but preferred.
- Entry-level candidates, including college students and recent high school grads, encouraged to apply!
- Availability for flexible full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week) in the morning and evenings according to homeowner availability.
- Ability to be on your feet and walk for up to 3 miles or 8 hours per day comfortably.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual proficiency is an asset!
- Completion of relevant Sales and Technician Training programs.
- Consistent performance in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation is essential.
