Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of residential homes with a focus on green cleaning practices.
• Use environmentally friendly and non-toxic cleaning products according to company guidelines.
• Attend to specific areas of the home as requested by clients, ensuring a thorough and conscientious cleaning service.
• Operate and maintain all cleaning equipment efficiently and safely.
• Adhere to the cleaning schedules and checklist provided for each home.
• Provide excellent customer service, respecting client’s homes and privacy.
• Adapt to the varying needs and preferences of clients, personalizing service where needed.
• Manage supply inventory to ensure you have all necessary cleaning materials at each job site.
• Drive to multiple locations within the city limits as per the daily schedule.
• Conduct inspections of the work done and ensure no areas are missed before leaving the property.
• Report any incidents or irregularities observed during service to the management immediately.
• Help in fostering a culture of sustainability and awareness within the team and broader client base.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and cleanliness standards set by the company and local regulations.

Job Requirements

• Valid driver's license, a clean record, and your own car. (You get paid for gas mileage!)
• Must live within Pittsburgh city limits.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently after training.
• Able to pass background checks as required by company policy.
• Physically able to be on your feet for several hours and lift weights of 20+ lbs.
• Comfortable around pets as many homes will have animals.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple houses in a day efficiently.
