About the Job
We ship live insects for the pet industry.
The Shipping Specialist is a team member who is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping live insect orders with a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and consistent execution.
We are building a stable, long-term team and are looking for dependable individuals who want consistent work and can make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Pack and prepare live insect orders for shipment
- Ensure order accuracy before shipping
- Label and organize outgoing packages
- Safely load and unload shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow safety and handling procedures at all times
- Operate basic equipment: tape guns, packaging tools, and materials safely and efficiently
- Work with a team to meet daily shipping goals

Physical Requirements

- Follow all safety procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Report issues immediately to leadership

Schedule
- Sunday–Thursday
- Day shift: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- (Hours will fluctuate based on production schedules, shipping schedules, and company needs)
