Shipping Team Member – Live Insects
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Hours may fluctuate based on shipping schedules)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Shipping Team Member to help prepare, package, and ship live insects safely to customers. This role requires attention to detail and physical stamina.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare and package live insects for shipping following TBC guidelines
- Ensure insects are handled safely and with care
- Maintain accurate shipping counts
- Lift, carry, and move boxes (up to 50 lbs.) safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Following safety and care protocols
- Using tools like box cutters, tape guns, etc.
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable working with live insects daily
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs., kneel, squat, and bend
- Reliable and able to work in a hot, humid, dusty environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Basic math (count to 100) and tool-handling skills
- Fluent in English with clear communication
- Willingness to adapt and take on tasks as needed
