Production Associate - Day Shift

The Bug Company is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Production Team Member. This is a Full-Time position that requires the successful candidate to work on-site at our facility in Hellertown, PA. If you are passionate about insects and interested in contributing to the production process of our high-quality products, then we want to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily production of insect products
• Follow established procedures to ensure the quality and consistency of products
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform quality control checks on finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Adhere to policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work directly with and handle live insects.

Shift:

 Sunday - Thursday  7:00 am - 3:30 pm 

**Hours will fluctuate based on the shipping schedules and company needs**
