Shipping Pick-Pack Specialist
Pay: $16–$18/hour

Are you passionate about exotic pets and hands-on work? The Bug Company, a leader in the pet industry, is hiring a Shipping Pick-Pack Specialist to join our growing team. We specialize in shipping live insects for reptile and exotic pet owners across the country.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble and prepare orders with accuracy and care
- Package live insects and products securely
- Label shipments clearly and correctly
- Report inventory or shipping concerns to leadership
- Keep the work area clean and follow all safety guidelines
- Collaborate with your team to meet daily shipping targets
- Operate basic warehouse tools and equipment (training provided)
- Treat all live insects with care and attention
What You’ll Need:
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred, but not required
- Must be comfortable handling live insects and supplies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and move heavy packages throughout the day
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn — we’ll train the right person!
Schedule
- Sunday – Thursday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
