Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (hours may fluctuate based on shipping)
Prepare food and feed live insect colonies
Clean and maintain rearing environments
Ensure secure and stable housing for insects
Follow safety and care protocols
Use basic tools (e.g., box cutters, tape guns)
Comfortable working with live insects daily
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require kneeling, squatting, and bending
Reliable and safety-minded; thrives in a hot, humid, dusty, hands-on environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Can work independently and as part of a team
Basic math and tool-handling skills
Fluent in English with clear communication
Flexible and willing to pitch in where needed
$16–$17/hour based on experience
