Shipping Part-time Box & Bag Assembly
Sunday - Wednesday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or Monday - Thursday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
At The Bug Company, we specialize in insect husbandry and shipping of live insects to customers across the country. Safety, accuracy, and the well-being of our insects are our top priorities. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assemble boxes and bags for shipping, following TBC guidelines
- Lift, carry, and move boxes (up to 50 lbs) safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Follow safety procedures
- Using tools like box cutters, tape guns, etc.
- Support general shipping tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable working with live insects daily
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, kneel, squat, and bend
- Reliable and able to work in a hot, humid, dusty environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Basic math (count to 100) and tool-handling skills
- Fluent in English with clear communication
- Willingness to adapt and take on tasks as needed
