The Bug Company is excited to announce a job opening for a Shipping Associate, specializing in Box & Bag Assembly. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking steady employment in a dynamic working environment.

This is a Full-Time position, but we will consider Part-Time, located in our main warehouse; please note that this is not a remote job. Candidates should be prepared to work on-site. Whether you are a high school student looking for a first-time job or a new career to bring your work skills to a new setting, The Bug Company would like to hear from you. No prior experience is required as we provide training for all new team members.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Help assemble boxes and bags for shipment.
• Keep the work area organized.
•  Support general shipping tasks.

Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.
• High school students are welcome to apply.
• Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills as part of career development.
• Capability to follow verbal and written instructions in English effectively.

Shift

Sunday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Willing to consider Part-Time for this position within these days and hours. 

**Hours will fluctuate based on the shipping schedules and company needs**
