Entry Level Support for Production Operators
The Bug Company is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Support Team Member for the Operators. This is a Full-Time position that requires the successful candidate to work on-site at our facility. If you are passionate about insects and interested in contributing to the production process of our high-quality products, then we want to hear from you.
Duties
- Work with and handle live insects daily
- Prepares boxes and materials
- Performs duties with accuracy
- Assemble with care, accuracy, and quality
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Attention to detail
- Work independently and as a team player
- Performs responsibilities in a friendly and professional manner, considering co-workers and other staff
- Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by management
Requirements
- Ability to work in a dusty environment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand in place, squat, kneel, bend, and carry frequently
- Ability to problem solve and follow directions
- Ability to understand and speak English
- Ability to count to 100 and do simple math
- Ability to use a box cutter and tape gun
- Ability to perform duties with accuracy, care, and speed
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Must have attention to detail
Shift
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
**Hours will fluctuate based on the shipping schedules and company needs**
