The Bug Company, a leader in its industry, is excited to announce the availability of a new position with our shipping bulk-wrangler team. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to assume the role of shipping bulk-wrangler team member. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a proactive and organized individual to facilitate our shipping operations and ensure that our products reach our customers promptly and efficiently. It is important to note that this position is based onsite and is not eligible for remote work.
As a shipping bulk-wrangler with The Bug Company, you will be at the heart of our product distribution. This position plays a crucial role in our supply chain process, as you will handle the bulk-wrangling of our crickets for shipping. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, exhibit outstanding organizational skills, and possess the ability to tackle the physical demands of a bulk-wrangler.
Assemble customer orders with care, accuracy, and attention to quality.
Load and unload delivery trucks safely.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces in compliance with company standards at all times.
Work independently while also contributing to a positive and cooperative team culture.
Perform responsibilities in a friendly, professional manner while being respectful to employees and leadership.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Bulk wrangle and pack crickets.
Completes tasks with a high degree of accuracy, a sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and move heavy packages consistently through your shifts.
Excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills, able to communicate clearly with team members and leadership.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure all orders are fulfilled and dispatched on time.
Sunday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
**Hours will fluctuate based on the shipping schedules and company needs**
