Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 DOE
POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will assess clients' needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to support their mental health. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Position Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and treatment efficacy on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to treatment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records following applicable regulations and standards.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in immediate need.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting.
- Strong understanding of mental health theories and treatment modalities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
