Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribing medications as necessary.
• Conduct routine follow-ups and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from a recognized body.
• Valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a family practice setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient relationships.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and computer literacy.
