This is a pivotal role in our clinic, designed for a dynamic individual passionate about fostering seamless patient experiences through expert handling of treatment planning and financial coordination. This position is Full-Time and requires the successful candidate to work on-site, as it is not a remote opportunity.
As a Treatment & Financial Coordinator with Cambridge Square Dental, you will be integral in supporting our mission to deliver superior dental services. The role demands a proactive approach and a meticulous eye for detail to efficiently manage treatment schedules, financial documentation, and patient interactions. Our aim is to ensure that each visit is smoothly coordinated from a clinical and financial perspective, reflecting the high standards our practice upholds.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans to patients, ensuring they understand their therapeutic options and the associated benefits.
- Review insurance benefits and provide patients with accurate estimates while mitigating financial uncertainties they might have.
- Coordinate financial agreements and detailed payment plans in accordance with our clinic's policies.
- Answer any questions related to treatment, scheduling, and billing, serving as the primary financial contact for patients.
- Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure cohesive and efficient patient care, aligning clinical outcomes with financial planning.
- Manage insurance pre-authorizations and submissions, and diligently follow up to streamline patient care and satisfaction.
- Help manage patient flow throughout the facility, ensuring a smooth transition between different stages of treatment and care.
- Ensure timely follow-up on patient cases, appointments, and treatments to enhance the effectiveness of the dental care provided.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Confidence in discussing treatment plans and financial matters with patients, ensuring transparency and understanding.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through to maintain high standards of patient care and documentation.
- Experience with dental software, such as Eaglesoft, which will be considered a significant asset.
- Prior experience in a dental office setting or with dental insurance processing is preferred.
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor, especially under pressure, to foster a welcoming clinic atmosphere.
