⭐ What You’ll Do

  • Lead a small crew in removing old insulation from attics, crawl spaces, and other areas

  • Create and enforce job safety plans; conduct daily safety briefings (toolbox talks)

  • Operate and oversee industrial insulation removal equipment

  • Safely bag, transport, and dispose of insulation and debris according to regulations

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work sites

  • Train, mentor, and guide crew members in best practices

  • Safely drive a company truck with trailer attachment to and from job sites

  • Report project progress and challenges to management



Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in insulation, construction, or related field

  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a truck with a trailer attachment

  • Comfortable working in high temperatures, confined spaces, and with old insulation materials

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding work

  • Strong work ethic, safety focus, and teamwork skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred



Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $15–$20/hr, depending on experience

Schedule & Requirements

  • Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)

Local travel across the Rio Grande Valley
