⭐ What You’ll Do
Lead a small crew in removing old insulation from attics, crawl spaces, and other areas
Create and enforce job safety plans; conduct daily safety briefings (toolbox talks)
Operate and oversee industrial insulation removal equipment
Safely bag, transport, and dispose of insulation and debris according to regulations
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work sites
Train, mentor, and guide crew members in best practices
Safely drive a company truck with trailer attachment to and from job sites
Report project progress and challenges to management
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in insulation, construction, or related field
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a truck with a trailer attachment
Comfortable working in high temperatures, confined spaces, and with old insulation materials
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding work
Strong work ethic, safety focus, and teamwork skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay: $15–$20/hr, depending on experience

Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)
Local travel across the Rio Grande Valley
