⭐ What You’ll Do

  • Remove old insulation from attics, crawl spaces, and other areas

  • Operate industrial vacuums and insulation removal equipment

  • Safely bag, transport, and dispose of insulation and debris

  • Assist with attic preparation for new insulation installation

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite

  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE use



Qualifications & Skills

  • Comfortable working in high temperatures, confined spaces, and with old insulation materials

  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills

  • Prior construction or insulation experience is a plus, but not required



Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $12–$15/hr, depending on experience

  • Opportunities for advancement within the company



Schedule & Requirements

  • Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)

Local travel across the Rio Grande Valley
