⭐ What You’ll Do
Remove old insulation from attics, crawl spaces, and other areas
Operate industrial vacuums and insulation removal equipment
Safely bag, transport, and dispose of insulation and debris
Assist with attic preparation for new insulation installation
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE use
Qualifications & Skills
Comfortable working in high temperatures, confined spaces, and with old insulation materials
Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
Prior construction or insulation experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay: $12–$15/hr, depending on experience
Opportunities for advancement within the company
Schedule & Requirements
Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)
Local travel across the Rio Grande Valley
