About the Role
We’re looking for motivated and reliable Sales Representatives to sell both roofing and spray foam insulation services. This is a field-based role where you will meet with homeowners, conduct inspections, generate leads, and close sales.
You’ll play a key part in expanding our footprint in San Antonio and have the opportunity to earn significant commission-based income.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and local networking
Conduct roofing and attic insulation inspections and assessments
Educate homeowners on roofing systems and spray foam insulation benefits
Assist with insurance claim processes (when applicable)
Deliver professional, written estimates and close sales
Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth project handoff
Represent Frontline Home Solutions with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For
Self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Roofing, insulation, or in-home sales experience is a plus — not required
Willing and able to inspect roofs and attics
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be organized, dependable, and growth-minded
