⭐ What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer needs in roofing, insulation, or water filtration

  • Present service solutions clearly and professionally to homeowners

  • Close sales confidently, whether on the spot or through strategic follow-up

  • Manage and maintain your sales pipeline using company systems

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project completion and client satisfaction


Qualifications & Skills

  • Sales experience in roofing, spray foam insulation, water filtration, or other home services

  • Proven ability to consistently close deals and meet sales goals

  • Professional communication and presentation skills

  • Highly motivated and able to work independently

  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred


Compensation & Benefits

  • 100% Commission-Based

  • Projected earnings: $60,000 – $150,000+, depending on performance

Schedule & Requirements

  • Monday to Friday availability, plus evenings/weekends for homeowner convenience

  • Local travel across the RGV
