⭐ What You’ll Do
Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer needs in roofing, insulation, or water filtration
Present service solutions clearly and professionally to homeowners
Close sales confidently, whether on the spot or through strategic follow-up
Manage and maintain your sales pipeline using company systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project completion and client satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
Sales experience in roofing, spray foam insulation, water filtration, or other home services
Proven ability to consistently close deals and meet sales goals
Professional communication and presentation skills
Highly motivated and able to work independently
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Compensation & Benefits
100% Commission-Based
Projected earnings: $60,000 – $150,000+, depending on performance
Product and sales training provided
Warm leads provided, plus support to build your own outreach

Schedule & Requirements
Monday to Friday availability, plus evenings/weekends for homeowner convenience
Local travel across the RGV
