Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person consultations with homeowners in McKinney to assess roofing and spray foam insulation needs

  • Educate clients on service options and present tailored proposals

  • Close sales confidently—on-site or via follow-up

  • Upsell complementary services where appropriate

  • Manage and track your sales pipeline using company systems

  • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless handoff and execution



Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience in roofing, insulation, or related home improvement (preferred)

  • Demonstrated ability to close deals consistently with a results‑oriented mindset

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable conducting in-person consultations, inspections, and presentations

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Spray foam or roofing product knowledge is a plus—training provided



Compensation

  • 100% Commission-Based with uncapped earning potential

  • Typical earnings range from $60,000–$150,000+ annually, depending on performance

  • Must be available for consultations during evenings and weekends as required
